Product Marketing Manager (F/M)
We’re seeking an ambitious Product Marketing Manager to join our team and take on a pivotal role in shaping and evolving Nephos productized services and our go-to-market strategy. As the Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for crafting compelling messaging that resonates with our target audience, supporting our sales efforts to drive revenue growth, and creating exceptional content that captures the value of our services.
Who is an ideal candidate:
- We are looking for a PMM willing to explore the area of productised services
- Our products are not SaaS-like products; we are a boutique IT consulting company after all
- Our PMM is willing to come to the office most of the time as some of the tasks will require physical presence and we do all show up physically most days as we are a small team
- You are a positive-thinking and self-driven individual willing to learn and grow over time
- You have a passion for technology
Your key responsibilites:
- Crafting compelling messaging and positioning of our productised services
- Developing product marketing initiatives
- Conducting market research and analysing competition
- Defining target audience, markets, and focus areas, together with product owners
- Enabling sales success, working with management to define key productized services to ensure landing expected revenue targets
- Owning end-to-end marketing lead generation
- Guiding content marketing initiatives
What we expect you to deliver:
- Clear product marketing strategy
- Marketing plan for tactical execution based on marketing strategy
- Marketing qualified leads for defined productised services
- Sales collateral for all productised services
To do this you will need a specific set of skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Product or Marketing roles
- Experience in ICT, or related industries is a plus
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to draw meaningful insights from data and make data-driven recommendations
- Ability to manage internal and external people resources
- A proactive, self-starter attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow in the field of product marketing
- Exceptional organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects, and attention to detail to ensure deadlines are met
- Passion for conceptualizing, and brainstorming with cross-functional teams
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills (both in English and Croatian)
- Ability to synthesize complex content into a clear and cohesive story
